Temple-K

Completely free to play!

The rocks are slippery, the climb deadly!
Have you got what it takes to make it out? Climb your way out using the hand controller trigger buttons while overcoming vertigo, arm-burn, obstacle and a few hidden surprises to get your heart thumping and your knees a wobble'n.
In the theme of 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom' you find yourself at the bottom of a large temple, you have a pack full of gold and the only way out is up! Not for the faint hearted, if you are scared of heights beware! (actually if you are scared of creepy crawlies, the dark, spooky atmos or life in general then maybe give this one a miss :)

Temple-K is currently in development as a passion project. I expect to have some regular updates available which will include an additional level which is bigger, harder and longer coming soon.
If you think you got a couple of $$ worth of kicks out of it please donate as it will allow me to spend more time on it.

The game runs pretty good and has been optimized for the Quest.

Let me know your thoughts in the reviews and please be a little more descriptive then just saying it's S#*t, if you have improvement ideas please suggest them.

Enjoy!!

Install Instructions

-Connect headset to SideQuest (YouTube it if you do not know how to do this) -In SideQuest click on 'No Tasks' from the bottom left menu -Drag and drop the .apk file into the SideQuest logo - wait for upload to complete - repeat with the .obb file (important that the .apk is installed first)  -Now in your headset go to Library - Unknown Sources and the game should be there.

If the game does not load and you get 3 white dots that cycle then the game has not installed correctly.

Try uninstalling the game by going to -My Apps -TempleK and click on the cog icon and select uninstall app.

Reinstall again.

If this fails go to - File Explorer - Android - Obb -com.ImmersionImagery.TempleK and check that it has a file in it called main.1.com.ImmersionImagery.TempleK.obb and that it is the correct size to the downloaded size.

If you experience any issues check out this link: https://github.com/the-expanse/SideQuest/wiki/How-can-i-manually-install-apps

Please note:
*This game has been designed for the Oculus Quest, currently does not support any other platforms. You will  need to sideload the game using SideQuest in order to play it.

*If you are a VR climbing veteran you may find  game-play a little tame, a great deal of time has been spent on lighting,  textures and sound design so check it out if only for that + noob friends will get a great kick out of it.

Hi Richard.  I came to this page after originally going via the clubhousevr page.  When you go that way you're asked to provide an email address and a download link is sent to you.  This only downloads you the apk.  I installed this and couldnt work out why the game wouldnt start.  After a bit of investigation Ive ended up here and found there's also an .obb file.  I don't know if this is the up to date version that clubhousevr mentions or not, but there's definitely a breakdown in the process somewhere.

Hi supermanscott, thanks for your message.

You should not be using ClubhouseVR and you definitely should not give them your email. Who are they? Where did they come from? I can not find any information about them which means that they could be anyone using your data for anything. All the videos on the site were not uploaded by the creators and were ripped from Sidequest. Sorry to hear about your issue with installing. In the future use Sidequest to sideload and do not follow any random Facebook links :)

all the best.

Hello mate, they're on various facebook groups.

Didn't realise they weren't the developers.  Obviously stealing links behind the scenes, very crafty.

I absolutely love the concept and idea for this game! One small problem that occurred when I tried playing the game. It was extremely laggy. I have an Oculus Quest 128 GB and it was still really laggy. I really would love to play this game and I can’t wait to see what this developer has in store next!
